Overall it was a great learning experience to work at Metvy, as it provided me a lot of new experiences to learn. I had the opportunity to develop skills particularly which is needed in HR. Had a great team to work with, and of course HR Manager was very cooperative throughout my journey.

As an intern I can assure you that the environment they provide is health and not stressful. They conduct one meeting only for 1 hr per day in the starting weeks and whenever required, to build a strong foundation as well as to clear doubts. Here, the sub head of business development and sales department is exceptionally friendly and I can reach out to her anytime for help. The stipend is based on performance which is acceptable and reasonable. Overall, the work culture for interns is healthy.

I enjoy working at Metvy because of the incredible work culture. The environment here is dynamic, and the people are genuinely warm and supportive. Collaboration is encouraged, and I love how everyone's ideas are valued, which makes it a great place for personal and professional growth.

There's really not much to dislike, but sometimes the fast-paced nature of the work can be challenging. However, it's also what keeps things exciting and offers constant opportunities to learn and grow.

The team of leaders are very considerate and very friendly. They give us time to complete our tasks and put no pressure on us . They are very engaging and very friendly. The work culture is very positive and I personally enjoy working here

There is a little bit problem with the work life balance but with all the other things it really did not affect me much.
