Company Kisi Ko Nikalti Nahin Hai kam karte raho salary aane mein is time per Kai mahinon se let ho raha hai inke pass bahut Sare excuse rahte hain bus ek Mail Dal Dete Hain aur bolate Hain ki aap corporate kijiye salary ke liye.

...e Hain Jab tak kam rahata hai tab tak Jante Hain adar wise Koi Nahin Jaanta hai.salary ke liye bahut hi let Hota Hai Pahle company ka rules tha ki 7 ko yani 7 ko aab to 15 16 Tak Chali jaati hai jaldi aur company ka system ab pahle ke jaise Nahin Rah gaya hai.

Nothing to like. No support from management even for experianced guys. Only selected people with their desires will get oppurtunity.

...ve been in the compay for nearly 3 years. Racism and Napotism is openly present. No promotion, salary benefits etc. Maximum utilization of people.

...tc for an engineer hiring process. They also provide safety kit,and laptop also. They are salary clear in every month 6/7 dates..

Dislikes

There are no planning, about project. there are no cost analyst in India's any circle, some circle project manager are not experienced about how to a project handled and how to set a planning to close the project with quality. Some co-ordinator have no experience about field, have not knowledge about equipment installation & commissioning process. India's many circle project is closed due to mismanagement,project taken from nokia, ericsson without no planning, no cost analysis.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

If you are working client side than it very good for career. You can learn alot from client side.

...epartment is also waste resigned from it from December still waiting for my FnF. Salary deductions , slow growth and much more worse. Company is very good but managers are making it worst.
