"Absolutely not recommended!" Metron Labs is by far one of the most chaotic and unprofessional organizations I’ve come across. The workload is insane and completely unrealistic, making it nearly impossible to maintain any work-life balance. There is zero proper training or support, and employees are simply expected to figure things out on their own, regardless of their experience level. The politics here is suffocating—favoritism runs deep, and growth is based more on connections than on actual performance. Kapil, in particular, is one of the most incompetent people around, making poor decisions and offering no real leadership. What’s worse is that they lie to their clients. For example, if a client requests a Go Lang developer, they claim to have one—even when they don’t. They then dump the responsibility on existing employees, forcing them to work on technologies they have no prior experience with, all under strict and unrealistic deadlines. The management expects flawless outcomes, regardless of the lack of expertise or proper guidance. To make it even worse, there is no job security here. They hire and fire people frequently, without proper justification or warning. You could be let go at any moment, regardless of how much effort you’ve put in. If you’re considering joining, don’t just go through my review—read the overall reviews. The pattern is clear. If you still decide to join, good luck—because your mental health will take a serious hit. Even as a fresher, this is not the place to start your career—they are simply playing with people’s futures. The turnover rate is extremely high, with most people actively looking for other jobs. Colleagues are nice, but morale is at an all-time low because everyone is eager to leave. Also, Code Jam is a complete joke—just another meaningless gimmick with no real value. If you care about your career growth, mental peace, and learning, do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.
