Dislikes

Hr policies, company rules are not satisfactory. Salary will credit by the 2 week of month. Increments will not give with proper time line which is given by them.

Ambience is good, work management was ok..as a fresher there is scope to learning more work here good work environment and culture.

Dislikes

Company policies are not good, appraisals are not fair and they do not give any hike and bonus every year.There is a bond for 3 yrs no hike in between this bond.
