If you join this company you need work but don't accept salary and other benefits ... Once you got job here then after 3 months only you will get your first month salary. If you have a volunteer heart this is your best place for work.,.

I love to work in the challenging field as my job involves both technical and commercial parts.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, i have to work 18-20 hours straight in a day i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes into late night. Also there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is pain sometimes.

This company is any working process is easily observe because all employees are telling many instructions & training with love. So we can quickly improve myself. Then another point is office all higher position person's are connected​ with me.

Dislikes

Salary time is very too late. Because two or three months one time give the salary. Then working days is seven day. This is very irritating then more tension. Then nextdoor one is no on job training for fresher, this senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, this is sometimes pain.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
