More salary is offered for people who come from outside and for the same role tenured resources are not considered and they feel underpaid (may be this problem exists in almost all the companies i assume)

Good work environment and culture and Team mates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Salary is decent but career growth should be high. Laptop and Mobile are offered after completing probation period.
