There's nothing to like about this company..it's filled with internal policies and the HR is like an *ss licker to higher management..can't make decisions by herself..have to beg and cry to get recognised and people with 10+ experience are actually useless and does not even have known equivalent to a fresher..no business standards no employee will be happy here.

Dislikes

They'll keep you grinding for hours and hours even 15-20 hours if required . you'll recieve calls even if you're home..funny thing is your personal space and time will be considerate like you're not working enough for the business..and another funny thing is the senior will not help and put everything on you ...and I'm talking about particular seniors specially who think they're great but nothing less than a loser 🤣

The CEO Venu sir is amazing and pure gem personality and excellent human being.

Dislikes

The Director, HR and other department's employees who is do directly reports to the boss(CEO) they are very insecure and selfish people. They have no restrictions sach as late coming to office, leaves and transportation facilities. They come office when boss is about to come. Unlikely doing unnecessary politics and harrass to other employees. They enroll only their relatives and revockig other employees who is outsider. They always want to live in good list in the boss.
