Employees are treated worst!! No work life balance No growth or promotion or any internal hike or bonus In your 9 hrs of work, your break hr is only 30 mins ( and this you can't take once / splited in 2 so 15 mins at once) Rotational shifts Back to back calls ( exhausting no breathing space) Management is worst Overall bad experience.. Education doesn't matter here , they just need People who have passed 10th std just to say ( sorry , thanks for calling, we apologise..etc)

...ase from last 7yrs it's like Titanic .I think u get to know what happened to it.No growth No salary hike there is nothing in this company i wasted my many years just for the sake of tiny salary

I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable and high quality product. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

An amazing place to develop and enhance your skills. Now it is a part of Mahindra and Mahindra the workplace is huge. Feels so good working for such a company. Seniors are really supportive. Feels like home❤️

I like the all employees nature and, also hr and, I spend lots of time with them. I feel good to them.

Dislikes

I must don't like job security because they left me due to carona on short notice period but, now 1 year gone but, no one is calling me to join again and, still I don't have any job.
