Good work environment and culture. Teammates are so supportive.company policies are toi good, appraisals are fair, they give salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics.salary is decent but career growth is very slow

Nice place to start the carrier for freshers and no pressure .. only 8 hrs work totally really a smooth place to work without any pressure ...

Only salary is quite low rather than that it's a good place and nice atmosphere

...s specialist, proof reader, photoshop worker... For a fresher in MNC it is good. But for one who seeks a handful salary, career push this won't help that much. Freshers can get a MNC experience.

Dislikes

Teammates especially seniors will backbite about others to managers and seek promotion. Managers will always listen to their spies. Leaves will not be approved to straight forward guys. Beware, act accordingly

Overall I am not so satisfied with what I have gone through. From my personal front I would like to tell here that I am unable to meet their so called expectations. It's a terrible work culture and people. I would not suggest this organization for any technical/skilled people.

They include management incentive in CTC. But when we are going to other opportunities, no one is ready to accept this. They initially told to mention your current CTC without management incentive.
