The best thing is that if you keep on working with this organisation then you will get opportunity to visit Japan at least. But, its cost can be like you will feel handicapped after 5-6 years of experience. Because, no learning for senior employees. Some Engineers have profile like Managers/Lead but they are managing only themselves.

If you are good in buttering to boss then sky is the limit..so if wanna rapid growth then learn to say Yes Boss! and put your attitude aside. If wanna work with self respect then keep your resignation saved in draft.

The company is working on long term projects , so its very pleasurable to work on high quality products.
