No promotion. Very low salary profile. 2% every year increment in salary. No practical approach from management only philosophy. Senior people already safe there position. No motivation everyone in this company frustrated

 I've asked for a salary increase for the last 6 months and kept getting excuses. Excuses depletes your moral. My co-workers were great to work with, but management needs improvement. There's no growth and the pay will stay the same for many, many years without increases

Managers T5 are not compitative to get work from german teams. Will ask team to showcase or force to get projects.And they will take the credit. 8. Many more...
