Corporate politics and top management will enjoy the luxury cars without improving the business. There is no vision and you always have to obey your boss. No Career development. HR claims that they will not cross skill people if any specific tool/technology becomes obsolete and people at mid management / senior level will face difficulty in finding another project and eventually they will ask you to leave. thirty politics on top of all these.
