My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Absolutely nothing.

Dislikes

Lots of politics. They will terminate anyone overnight with no professionalism by giving the reasons which doesn't make sense. Managers just dominates you and will never understand your problem. Management will only treat you like robot Will make you to do overtime 3-4 hours daily without paying you a single penny.

There's only one thing to learn here never trust your Seniors. And I really like how they makeup fake things to you.

Dislikes

There a strict check in time but no over time paid. If they ask you to wait they will not consider it. They make people sit in office doing others work till 8-10pm and no consideration is given they will make you work like animals and in case you fall sick you will be thrown out. No personals reason allowed here. They will make you do all possible work in office that may be any department. They make sure they have drained you for the day. There will be no growth here. This small office has dirty politics
