... months every new employee is resigned due to unsatisfactory working culture. Salary never paid on time, Employee always waiting for the salary. Also the New thing introduced by company management is ''Salary Hold'' for no reason and if any employee will ask question they will treat as enemy of individual /company and fired them without giving his salary. No HR policies Here. Had seen 6 new HR Managers changes in last 15 months. Did Not provide Relieving Letter and F&F to any Resigned employee. Even they are serve notice period they did not pay them anything. Dirty Politics is in blood of the higher position managers.they did Internal teaming for how to through-out right people from company who questioned about working which they don't do. NO on job training. Managers do not value an individuals unique strength, which is why i have to take back my suggestion most of the time. Unprofessional attitude towards work and Zero Management system. Never be suggested to any person for to joining this company.

Senior management ko randibazzi se fursat nhi, HR doesn't know how to make F&F, if you haven't sleepet with your senior they will not even give your gratuity...whorest company to work with and get loans.

Nice and we'll satisfied company those who interested in low pressure criteria and average pressure criteria.you enjoyed company freedom.

Slow disbursement with high pendency. Nothing for dislike anything because different persons different like and dislike.so it's depends on other how they see.

Worst ever work place...actually we cant say it workplace...there z nothing...no work culture no management even no hand soaps in washrooms & even they not clean the washrooms for 10-10 days...seriously complete waste of time if u join there...

When I joined this company a have no knowledge about finance company, there are iam learning so many things, know l have good knowledge about home & business loan, I am earning good income, The best thing is my boss is too much support his employees.
