New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. worst ever company in all over world..I am working here from last 4 years & salary for engineer is 8000 / month...No increment payment 200 rs increment after year for operators also for engineer..No Diwali Bonus ..No canteen .. No facility for employee..they don't value theie employee...

Dislikes

Huge work pressure. No job security. Seniors behavior is terrible. Nothing a place for fresher's if you join here as GET you are going to west your years.. Don't join as a fresher there is nothing for learning. Sallery is also very less as compare to work.

Product line-auto components is fantastic and is giving handsome earnings since inception.Management is trying to enter in other business line like tourism,medical health care and agriculture and failing disastrously !

Dislikes

No training is provided;rather it is not part of the company's culture.The company is run by eccentric,whimsical top management;objectivity in decision making is missing and as such job security is very very poor and that too even if you perform well.Groupism is widespread and working hours often extend to 10 to 11 hours
