Degrated management behaviour with employees No salary increment after giving lot of efforts in work. 3 months notice period after resignation and hold salary of employees for long time after resignation.

...taking side of old employees even they are wrong work and not geting the result. Pressure building on the new employees and Salary increament also rs. 500 to 2000 only p/a. Only close people salary get good hike. Two MD. Brothers and one MD father decision not similar. Frequently Disputes are going on in the office. No festivals are celebrated in office. When you leave you need to give Three month notice period and even after np complete they force to work till new employee not Found. Bonus you get in next year of you leave the company. This company debit My. Rs. 18000/- even i completed my Notice Period and not stay extra days as till new employee come.

Top Management is pathetic and in the past didn't pay full and final amount to employees who left the company. Work culture is very Bad. No HR department and No HR policies.

Mehta API such very very poor company due to its scam with fraudulent to its own employees regarding of their hardworks the does in mehta api my personal opinion is so much arrogance people are involved as higher position managers they showing their false ego money power etc. i work for almost about 12 hours during audit perception but company doesn't realise my efforts. This is most worst company ever.
