Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

This company not increasing salary per year no bonus benefit on deepawali and this is only 5-6 people company the sit on managment level post. No any interest in this company. Pls donot choose this company

It was my first company where I was free for any boundary and can fly for my ambition and always thanks about our company owners support .I learnt so many things under him .before this company I always worked with limited field in limited area.this company is based on consumers products and in starting it was only from Delhi but in 2 years it was a second largest in India in organic products
