It's a jail, you can't eat at your will, walk on your will communicate with other. This company probably has the highest turnover rate in the textile industry despite higher pay. They cut to pay for even the slightest off-tracks. Above all, your lunchtime will be highly governed! You are expected to not take one and if you take a 1min extra will result in a half-day paycut.

The don't pay you, they ask for overtime everytime. And will cut salary of half day even if you are half day late. Bad managers. Rude people

Your lunch time will be given as if they doing some ehsaan. No progress

No security for women, some peoples assessment is been ignored by management, There is no proper salary calculation, no benefit given as bonus, leaveencashment, as well salary hike.. what we earn even they deduct in our hard earn money. No emergency leave approval.. even sick leave also applied before one day. No national holidays either Independence day, Republic day, Gandhu jayathi too.. Some peoples are still suffering to quit either leave the job. Scared on EPF..

Work culture and job security for the new comers and freshers, Not good place for Senior or experience persons. Good place for womens

Not good place for mens, they only likes women and they are also getting increament and promotion, We men's are feel like kaha aa gaye h hum

i think only abhishek sir because he is one man army, he always encourages and teaches other whether junior or senior, he is at very senior level but very humble, modest but strict. many employees are working and staying back only because abhishek sir motivates a lot. if he is in the office nothing bad happens ever. otherwise here i work and enjoy a lot. staff friends are also good infact they will help and stay like family. vinay sir is very egoful person and he will insult you anyday. mukesh sir is kind but he doesnot remember our names only. but he is very good gentleman.

Dislikes

timings are high and for leaves you have to inform and take permission otherwise they deduct money. vinay sir insulting behaviour, and puts the blame always. vinay sir always promises fake, he is only good sales manager. so much of discipline sometimes think like school.
