In this company there is no job security and every day you have a lots of problems and any time the boss has to change you profile and give you another thing which is not belongs to your profile and there is one another member in this company the name is Alisha she was come in this company as a franchise but now days she handles every thing in our hand. She thinks that is is the owner of this company, whenever she wants she can doo. And the boss has no objection what she done or not .

Any individual can learn, develop and enhance their skills in context to commutation, interpersonal skills and research and development . personally, I have a very supportive team who helps me polish the weaker part of my skill. the director of the company " Mr. Ganesh Kejrilwal" is quite understanding and encourage to do new challenges in my work and guides to how to work in the front field in this completive education market .

umm.. as its is seasonal work, so at times , I feel piled up with a lot of cases. however, it always being unique techniques to be a quick responder to the queries.

Last 8 yr back when I was a employee in this company that time atmosphere is good staff is very helpful or friendly apart from this our director is very helpful or supportive person we never feel work load or pressure here while working . Overall director or company both are appreciative
