Compnany s management has to take decision about present HR Head (01.10.2023). Really he has no any general ethics about how to talk with employees, he is treating employs like dog and beggars Due to all his behavior really question comes in mind is this education in MBA or management schools ? About food in canteen all is going hitlershahi . I request owner, unit head, Mumbai office heads please come and taste employee food ....We are eating this daily .

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
