...re allowed to speak our mind, even in leadership forums, makes us feel welcomed. The compensation is quite fair as per industry standards, but what makes it sweeter are policies like work from anywhere, infinite leaves, a year-long primary caregiver leave, extensive customer calls to understand the end-users better...the list just goes on!

Dislikes

Being a startup, there's a a lack of structure in a lot of areas, but we're hiring the right talent who can come and help us improve this over the next few months / years. Another area of concern can be visibility towards job stability. Being a start-up, and the global economy going through recessionary pressures, it'd help if we could get some visibility on the job stability / security.

Nothing, joining means reuining your carrier and CV, no training, no support from anybody, poor goodwill among sellers, Loss of pay (LOP) is common. It's a third party payroll.

Dislikes

No support Poor work culture Unrealistic targets Uneven salary Micromanagement Hire and fire policy Loss of pay Reputation in the market Biased people Always hiring and firing Working all 7 days is common No training newly joined people must start performing right from day 1 otherwise face PIP or termination.

No promotions or very less salary hike at KAM level Don't expect recognition As they don't take KAMs work seriously U will have to pleas for promotion or hike...also depends upon nature of ur manager

The salary and perks are better than its peers

Dislikes

Poor work life balance, promotes people only at higher positions already and within the circle of the leadership. There are endless reviews every month, hardly leave time to actually do something

...eader including founders respect people. Lot of opportunities to learn and grow. They also pay better than market standards.

Dislikes

Only a risk that is probably associated with every startup. A risk where, your role may not fit sometime in larger scheme of things. However, this is a risk that everyone sign up for on the same day when you sign up the appointment letter or decide to join this ecosystem. I myself lost my role due to this but no regrets 😊.
