Good company with very very good and kind hearted , helping minded chairman sir.

Dislikes

Company didn't evaluate the employees properly . Who have lesser experience getting more salary than the higher experience candidate. Not one example , almost all the new joiners getting more salaries than the existing/ hard working / dedicated /senior staffs .. which needs to correct from my point of view (this may be the main reason for the company ,to loosing the dedicated employees )

A strict guidelines have been declared & implementation is also going par excellence such as 2 meter social distancing at work and compulsory mask and sanitization.. What more is required if everyone is doing their job and social responsibility 100% ..?

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
