...l peoples were changed twice almost. management is very bad always doubting you. and the important they will eat your salary always try to cut your expenses

...organisation. Lack of vision. After 5 years company is on same place. Degrowing. You will not get Salary & Expenses on time. Your perk depend on Stockist payment.. Lack of focus and branding.

I greatly enjoy my role as a medical representative at our company, one aspect I believe we can improve on is communication between departments I think that enhancing inter departmental collaboration could lead to even better result and even more efficient work environment I am always eager to contribute to the company's growth,and I believe improved communication would help us achieve that

1. Being an HR got to learn New things here. 2. My ideas are appreciated and implemented. 3. Working with Founder and CEO consistently since start of my career in Medlius has helped me Learn, rectify and Groom my HR Skills. 4. Overall a secure working environment.

1. For Work life balance 2 weeks off should be there 2. During Yearly/ Quaterly Appraisals Rating should be discussed with employee along with their new Responsibilities and KRA in brief.
