No work life balance Have to extend shift and work to complete the assigned target work No bonus no incentives Only paycheck No monetary benefits to work hard Salary increment twice a year But not happy with it even after giving your best performance

Likes

People are good. You will get your leaves approved easily. Salary is high compared to other company. This is good company to settled down. You will get chance to work with experienced person in there field.

Dislikes

No learning, you will not promoted until you don't tell your manager you want promotion. Training only to manager. Manager are busy enough so that don't get chance to talk to team instead seek update from team lead and blindly believe on them. More focus on business knowledge, not for technically expert person. People just come and do there work and make sure that they will not blame for any work.

The management is very good at dictating terms and exploiting staff at lower level

There are certain Managers who remove employees from Job whenever they feel and whom they dislike personally under the pressure of the Foreign Clients... they will reap what they sow ... Soon... Senior Management is a puppet of US stakeholders

Job security, anytime you can be terminated. No upskilling for employees Without any proper training you need to be ready to grab everything which is required from your end. Finance segment is worst, their employees everyday wake up in a fear that if my job is there or not.

Scope of learning depends on project.. It's an employee friendly company..Best for Married female..I had good experience as my manager was good..

Project Learning skill is good but need extra efforts to learn..
