No job security, company exploits employees ,work permit got after 13 months, salary delayed more than 2 months , after notice period still holds 2 months salary, management is not responsible for for family ,lot of politics , owner of hospital is mp with loose ears ,i suggest never work in this toxic environment

Manegement harrassing staff Not giving salary on time like after six month they pay only one month salary After too many request They not paying any advance and expenses to staff on time There too much struggle for leave approval and resignation They people to much harrass you Manegement not following contract benifits like Work permit they are not giving you work permit They giving visiting visa also after finishing Frist initial visiting visa Transport facility is only for duty not for personal use Accomodation not good they say free accomodation but you have pay maintenance electricity water bill like other thing Manegement is not transperant to staff they only support to their favourite and who they brought there Too much harrasment and struggle for life with mediheal If you find any guilt they sometimes beat staff and sometimes too much scolding by senior management or chairman

I highly recommend not to join mediheal group of hospitals. The management is worst , they play politics behind your back , and the director is also not interested if some facing any issue at the work . Only thing the management is good at is to enter other persons person life and reporting to the higher officials

Never ever join mediheal , they are much more interested in your personal life rather than your work . Specially VP and HR

I worked there almost 5 years, 3years without any annual leave, and without any eligible off because of corona pandemic, when pandemic condition reduced, i asked my annual leave, as per the rule, i eligible for 45days leave ( at least 30days) they management side refused, i tried to explain my family situation but they rejected my leave, that is the reason for resign, after resign i eligible for 45days leave salary as per the mediheal ruls,that salary also rejected, really I'm not happy with that discission, if possible to enquire this matter that is good for me. Thanku

Stoped paying post Covid-19 started. Didnt even bothered to respond my mails for the experience certificate. For them I started taking blood pressure and anti dispersant pills at the age of 24.
