Nothing at all. There is no work culture, some people work day and night and some are just doing nothing. Office politics and gossiping are the main tasks some people do every day. Not hiring enough capable candidates.

Dislikes

The pay Scale is lower than the industry level. too much gossiping and not safe for the women employees. in the recent past many new joiners left after serving for a few months. Too much work pressure and working after your shift ends and on weekends is considered as working. Work is never distributed equally within the employees.

Too much work pressure. we are working 24/7 work culture is very poor politics within the office premises. Rude behaviour from senior members Terminating employees without any notice. Toxic work environment not safe for women employees.
