Work life abalace is poor, a BDM has to work like a horse till late evening. Sundays are also working many a times

Honestly Nothing.. literally, i haven't seen such unpredictable n unprofessional management ever before in my entire experience.. expenses on hold till 6 months.. indirectly they hold your three months salary like advance n they don't even released it even if it's ur FFS
