There is nothing much to like about this organisation. You don't learn and grow all you do is just implement your past experiences from good organisation to medall for their betterment.

Dislikes

A long list will summarise in points: 1)zero management support-specially HR is worse specifically the Head HR They take you with sugar coated words but if in case you plan to leave they show true colours. You have to beg for the things you deserve. 2)salaries do come on time but some of low level employees suffer a lot.Low salaries for technicians with zero perks and they have to beg for their benefits. 3)management is least bothered about the improvement and quality of lab.No new better technology ,no trainings,no skill development. 4) In case of issues or some query u will be puzzled whom to contact and how to get it done.Higher management will not take responsibility or reply when needed. Gist: if you are out of job u can join this organisation but its not a place to retire or for growth. Worse organisation as per my experience with worst HR. This organisation will loose employees because of there useless HR department and worse HR head
