The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result. But on-site travel is completely dependent on my project and client's location.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 16-20 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening.

There is nothing positive about this company.

Dislikes

This is a terrible company to work with. Never join this company in any case. They can fire anybody anytime. No professionalism, no business ethics, no system. This company has been hijacked by Hardeep and Pranav. Both of them are evil people and don't want anyone else to stay and grow in the company. They do politics with new comers and make sure they leave asap.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
