... pm but that does not apply here. No overtime is paid to employees working here. and salary offered by the company to the managerial level post are quite good but to the employee who work under the managerial post are offered with very less scale pay. Other facilities like fooding and accommodation are for the managerial post not for the down-line posts. Documentation formalities for a employee joining newly to the organization are also not well maintained for example appointment letter. I have been working since last 3 years neither i received my appointment letter nor there was a salary increment.
