I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

...gement is transperant. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot policies and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets Reliable, high quality Coal products and has a global client base.and this Company working time is a 8 hrs in a shift wise. And all facilities is provided by this company.

Compensation is decent, but growth is soow. The work pressure is high if any fault is occures then fastly is solve because this is coal production plant and payment is very late giving and payment is very less then according to Qualifications and Experience

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest skill or technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that has a global client base. My colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re- hire policy here.
