Likes

The best thing about McFadyen is the team. Here the team is like a family. The work culture is good. We have flexible timings and good work life balance. Learning wise there are lot of opportunities but success depends on how much interest you put. There are mentor ship programs and the company never fail to recognize the talents.

Dislikes

There was a down time in the company and is still recovering. Many of the luxuries that we enjoyed is stopped for the moment. There is no permanent relocation policy for QA, but occasionally Dev get a chance. But after the down time, even for Dev it is reduced. Now the company is coming back to the old track and we hope that we could enjoy those luxuries once again.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
