Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Worst company i ever see In my career. No management, No protocol, No salary on Time, delay by 6 to 8 Months. If you exist with Notice period also No dues are clears. MCE is manpower supply company if you joined and after exist you will not recruit any company due to legal bond of employee exchange between MCE & other oil and gas company. Is better to wait and watch for better opportunity rather then closing doors for next one year. No HR with management Degree or Experience. they are only HSC (12th) pass They don't know how to speak with Employee. No financial credential in market, No Investor, financially is very Unstable company. On one day Notice MCE owner told you to leave the company without any compensation. very pathetic. Its not company its Marvadi Shop. Its not engineering or Design Company its Drafting Company which runs on Pirated software. many times Autocad (Autodesk) Raid that company to use Pirated software. No future.

Dislikes

...raisal in on words only. No a single penny Appraisal within two years of Tenure. and after 6 months 80% Salary cut down. Owner play Politics with You.
