On time salary, canteen, staff was nice.

Dislikes

0 work-life balance. Nobody is helpful. Management doesn't care about you being sick in the hospital, or your growth, they'll just throw work at you and expect you to slog like a robot. Kindly reconsider joining this place.

- Friendly environment - Office infrastructure and location is great - Good people (mostly) - Liberal environment (you have the freedom to take breaks, enjoy with your colleagues; provided that you don't compromise with work) - Work-life balance (good enough leaves are allowed and that too easily; provided that you don't over expect and understand the company's limitations)

- Too much of favoritism - Compensation is extremely poor - Lack of work recognition - Minimalistic opportunity to learn new skills and work on different things. - Night shifts for a lot of employees - Least employee motivation

Rude micromanaging superiors with major trust issues, poor salary and irregular appraisals, non-existent HR department, hierarchical and archaic style of working, politics, unhygienic workspace, poor work life balance, apathy from top management, no consideration for employee welfare.

They promise increments after 6 months before you join and then ignore you completely. When asked they ghost you. They don’t have resources to execute things and keep blaming and discouraging the team for their screw ups and ignorance. They clearly don’t care about future. Pretty sexist and bias.

Absolutely nothing good. Avoid it like the plague. No growth, no life, nothing new to learn, no appreciation for doing things beyond KRA. In fact you will be reprimanded very severely if you are seen doing anything else.
