Decent client base to start career with

Dislikes

The workplace suffers from favoritism and a toxic atmosphere, lacking equality between experienced staff and assistant managers. Group dynamics prevail even at higher levels. Emphasis is mistakenly placed on the aesthetics of presentations over technical merit, which is extremely concerning. Instances of employees being brought to tears due to unfair criticism and targeting have been observed.

Client base is good to start with.

Dislikes

To much favourism and work environment is toxic. No parity between the experienced and the person sitting as assistant manager. Groupism dominates till the higher level. Technical aspects are reviewed poorly rather much focus is given to the formatting and color of the PPT which is the worst part of all. Seen people crying in office because of pointing out and targeting them unnecessarily.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
