Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

1. Work life balance 2. Healthy environment & office culture - tons of events almost too much for me. 3. Discussion & evaluation on future path of the company accompanied with free lunch on every month end. 4. Training new hires despite the age or experience. 5. Pretty streamlined workflow for the majority. 6. Knowledge to be gained regarding work done overseas and their codes. 7. Positive outlook of the management to grow & spread in India as well. 8. Ample of leaves provided, employee focused company. 9. Currently under hybrid mode, may start full time. 10. Great place to work for women. 11. Collaboration with US teams and development in soft skills.

...ging team members due to over 30% attrition rate since the beginning of 2022. 5. Pay as per industry standards, don't expect much being a US company as the management is India. Tons of verbal appreciation on milestones achieved but no monetary appreciation along with it.
