1. Manager behaviour so rude. 2. Not not on time, it may go upto 25 of month. 3. Manager forced to work extra without pay 4. Cannot take leave even not on festival, though you have CL and EL. You can get leave only if manager wants.

1. Salary not getting on time. Salary comes after 15 of every month. 2. Office politics. Manager are arrogant. 3. Toxic environment in office. 4. Force to work 10 to 11 hours a day, even though the time is 8.5 hours.

...he tortures new employees. He only searches for a topic to torture the employee. Jealous of their salary. He forces the employees to resign. Don't join this company. They will give you very high position but treat you as only manpower, take work of loading and unloading. No skill development and no one from main branch cares about your issues. They don't take actions. Also the branch manager gives leaves to some employees and don't count in their balance, their is no proper policy and no one to see here that who is coming in company or not and at what time. Some persons takes unlimited leaves and some cannot take even a single leave. Some come on even 2-3 hours late and some have to come on time. No one is there to see this.Also they had not given my final settlement even after 4 months had gone.

Salary delay. It is their every month routine. In fact, no early salary on Diwali or other main festivals, No bonus, No promotions, 6 days working, No work from home policy, HRs are not of their words and in fact some of them are ill-mannered.

1) no salary on time for more than a year now...you might get it in middle of the month 2)No proper project management. everything on words no documentation 3)office politics 4)arrogant workers 5)6 days working 7) leave policy is hell here ..u will never understand whats the policy
