Annual pay growth is 5-8% which is very low, but we will get higher compensation at time of Promotion.

...About the career growth so u will definitely going to learn so many things here. As far as salary is concern,so that us the cons that payscale is not high and neither annual hike. Overall for work life balance,ease,environment training colleagues everything is superb here.

Nothing, not a single thing. This is the worst company i have joined so far , the COO think he is the god of the company , they just stole out money right in front of your eyes 👀

...ut letting you know and your bonus and perks just gone in a friction of second . They never pay you for your hardwork instead if you are a good at licking. These guys will always treat you like servant not employee, they can call you at any time even on Saturday and Sundays without understanding your urgency at home .

Company posses efficient interview process, prompt feedback, seamless onboarding and commendable office culture. Additionally it praises the cooperative nature of both staff and management.

MBI is not good for new joiner. Manoj, COO and Tabrez, HR Head both agree each other on the matters which suit to them. Manoj keeps a partial view and play sweet poltics to please people and expect the the staff to work in his favour. Flexibility in this company is merely a joke. Micro management, 100% attendance is enforced, even for 5 min late login, instead of productivity.
