Training is fine, gives travel charges when visited to client place,Job security depends on our performance but gives us chance to improve,teammates are good.

I didn't find any career growth.Salary hike is also nominal. No childcare,Softskill training.

Working with my colleagues was good they were to friendly.

The thing i don't like is they don't support to juniors and they don't give appraisals on time. They don't give train to juniors specially "wasi" is the one. whenever employee get sick they don't give work from home permission. As my personal experience they haven't given the project. But " Navya " is the one who helped me a lot. They do politics with employees and with colleagues. But still company is good for freshers and they can by self learner and they will teach how to become self dependent and the company employee employees teach how the world is selfish and one more thing Mr. Danish helped me.
