Work culture , learning from seniors in different assignments and different trainings imparted by Sarika mam is the highlight of the firm. Guidance from seniors whenever needed also adds value. The best part of the work is you getting to do independent work under the supervision which boost your morale and helps you learn more day by day.

Many things! notably, HR will never tell about the HR policies clearly. they will send an offer letter with just a salary package. the strange thing is if you are in a notice period you will get only 50% of your total salary during the notice period. do you think during the notice period like the salary went 50% less, do the expenditure also reduces? logic is beyond my imagination. They will never support you in your higher education. please be cautious .. not reveal to them if you are already doing it. else you will have no option but the leave the company. your Partner will make your life hell. before terminating they will never think about your career or your family. they will ask you to leave ASAP. My career is spoiled because of them.

You will learn a lot things as you may get some client where you will have handle complete work starting from planning to finalization, communication with client etc

Everything is good. I have been through many organisations but mazars is the best organisation that i have ever seen. You can comfortably work 30-40 years in this firm
