Aways first for deducting employee salary with some non sense excuses. Our no. Of hoilday is only for decoration in our salary slip no leaves approval whenever you need it

The only plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds,& we work happily in collaboration. but In this, there is no proper management for employees, they just use the employee's financial weakness for the work. My individual opinion is before joining this company make sure you don't have any commitment in your personal life because there are no such rules for working hours at all, the rules are only on your appointment letter.

...lso more than 10 hrs employee should work this the bad mentality of the company. after that more than 100% working also, they paid just to working employee salary 30% to 50%. very bad experience in this with career growth, appraisal, work-life balance is just worst. they told us the working days is Monday to Friday but, after the joining, you have to work for 7 days a week.

As an employee there won't much thing one can like about this company but since it's attached with a cause of Pinkathon so you get to work closely with a celebrity face.

Dislikes

This company do not have a work life balance, you can not depend on management for anything which also includes the job security aswell as being respected in the company premises by the management. There is pure lack of communication between management and employees, HR will never take efforts to understand employee's situations but they will definitely make sure that what management is the only right thing. You as an employee is never respected by the management and you have to face multiple situations in which you will get humiliated in front of your other colleagues. It is never recommended that one should join this organization in order to if you want to grow and learn also if you are passionate about your career.
