It's a fraud company.initially they promises something and at the time of month ending during salary clearance they doesn't do, un trusty company,guys don't join in to the company, people who are working thier behaviour is also not good

West of time joining in Maxipay i worked for one month now they are saying no bussiness no salary Asking investment for customer now a days other companies are not asking investment but this company asking investment who will invest at a time for one day

...y supportive and the management are transparent. company policies are very good. appraisals are good and they also provide salary hike and bonus every year. Also give the promotion based on work performance.

It's office culture is good, staff's are supportive till you bring amount from distributors after that nobody will pick your call nor respond you.

... the money of distributors and stop responsing, and leave you in great problem. They neader gives salary nor response your call. They have done froud from Jamshedpur of 8 Lakh. We r suffering.
