My colleagues were supportive, but unfortunately some of them also left the job. About job security...your job is secure until you work more than your working hours without asking for overtime in evening ha ha ha ha and Work Culture...there is no such thing in Maxima Boilers... Management is full with ego and always doubt on you about your sincerity. Company policies are not fixed and are different for everyone...

I learnt a lot about purchase negotiations and project purchase, as i had a non purchase job before joining the company. I could learn about industry purchase problems and practical solutions with senior's guidance.

All staff is good and supportive.managment is really very good and highly educated people.director is very simple and straight person.rashmi maam is really very talented she is highly educated and her behaviour is really very good.

When I join company that time Some employees are unprofessional.but now management take good disision.and now all employees are friendly and professional.

Management is not good. No Job security over here. At the time of confirm management search loopholes and terminat you.

In Maxima not a good work culture Increment is bais on community. If you are south Indian then your work is beyond the expectation. And rest of others are only meet to expectation
