... Costly CA like Anuj Kumar Somani the person who abolish the culture of company.Reappointment of those who was excluded due to their working but CA recommended the person and appointed on high salary in comparison of same cadre officers.

Teammates are supportive but management was terrible. Policies are poor and no job security. Company boss was rude and moody. During covid 19 they have to offer work from home but boss was not happy giving employees work from home and become more rude.

Work cultural is pathetic here. First company in my life where they do not give you offer letter & appointment letter. No leave policy. Owner do not know how to talk & give respect to his employees. In nutshell not a good company.

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
