Irregular and varied contral policies among business divisions. Visible and audible negetivity at work place. Exisstance of minor language preferences. Very less scope for IJP's. Scope for implementing a lot of contemporary system's and policies in place. Takes a lot of No's for innovation. Good exisstance of funds and thought leadership but less capable people to execute and present it. Very less preference for employeess engagement.
