Very bad company and bad management. no professionalism. No Employee benefit. Treat employees like dustbins.

...give leads but they want business. They have no office culture, no leave policy. The MD does not pick up call after blocking my salary.

...say the organisation is very faithful and supportive towards all the employees. The salary is been given in time every month as well as we have a fixed time for working which actually enhance the work quality . All the employees are also collaborative and have spirit to learn from each other .

Nothing to dislike as such. All the colleagues as well as the management is very supportive .

I have learned many things here, I learned to be a team person, and aside from my designing skills, I have learned SEO and Digital marketing basics.

I was promised a salary uprisal after 6 months of work, but it is the 9th month going on, and I still have not gotten it.
