When I joined this organisation, I was not having prior experience in banking hiring, however over the past two years , I have learned the great deal and we have all worked diligently as team. Rajiv Sir is very particular about his work and highly professional in his approach. He has never demanded anything beyond quality work.. and I believe that deserve appreciation. This is unfortunate that some people failed to recognise this. I would kindly request to everyone to refrain from posting negative comments about the office and management. The organisation has provide the ample time and opportunity to every individual including those who have not performed up to expectation. There will always be an individuals who makes excuses for their failures and try to create drama by posting such comments on public platforms.

I have been working for so long I have never found anything wrong with the culture, we work on very competitive environment we have to be focused to close the position and working on multiple client and high ticket size position. so there is always great learning here and once you know about working with this client. You Rock !!!

I have been working here from last 1 year and found a process driven company. You will learn a-lot under the guidance of Rajiv Sir. Team is very supportive and very friendly.Once you join this you never wanted to leave. All terms are very clear .

Working Culture is good, You will get ample number of opportunity to improve yourself. few people wrote wrong comments about company but reality is that they actually dont want to work in professional environment and are not process oriented. there are employee who are working from past 10 to 11 years so understand and use your brain.

Worst company ever.........Never ever join this company otherwise you might commit suicide.. Rajiv Mishra will make your life hell, he is a worst , Toxic, stupid, nonsense manager. Dont know how to talk to their employees. No respect, no humanity.
