...itute but it's branch Managed by Rajesh Bode at Chhattisgarh is worst of all. There is no consistent work environment, salary got delayed by 3-4 months, and few of the faculties left the Institute just because of the salary issues and management. Even after they left the Institute their payment was still not credited. So technically it's a fraud Institute in Chhattisgarh.

It was good before the covid pandemic. In the covid, they showed their true colours.

Dislikes

Salary and appraisals are totally uncertain. Salary cycle was also delayed. Took full fee from the students but reduced the salary of teachers.

Total politics, If you can do buttering of your seniors than it is good for you a bit Another problem is nepotism ,The executive layer of the management is not competent . No professionalism and job security is most terrible thing . They fired many teachers on an urgent notice of one day only. Their focus is always on replacement rather than retention of employees. Initially, They were very good with staff as they had to build .They can abuse you .They claim to be a workplace with difference but not less than others

Working culture is good. Faculties are highly respected among students. They are not providing any kind of salary to the faculties who are staying at home and they are not calling for work also. They are paying only to those who were called for lecture recording.

Dislikes

Talent is not being promoted. Most of the faculties are relatives or friends of directors so for outsiders growth is minimal. And they are not paying salary in this covid situation. No transparency.

Likes

Best environment you can hope for, for all the employees, especially teachers and students. zero politics. All the directors are humble, highly intelligent and great human beings. Best management, i have ever experienced in any coaching institute.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike. Seriously, a perfect place to work at.
