I have worked at MIT Moradabad for long period. In the beginning of the years, academics culture, salary wise and other things were superb in MIT. But, as time pass, the situation becomes worst. The original face of Management began to see in 2016 onwards and their aim changed to cut their expenses by reducing the salaries by 30% in 2018 as well as they started employees to terminate their services by sending emails overnight by writing that they are no more required in the institute since today. Their services have been terminated with immediate effect. Overall, no improvement till now.

The number of things is disliked by the employees/ex-employees of MIT are as follows: 1. They consider their faculty/staff employees as SERVENT. 2. No job security. They can terminate the services of any employee either Faculty/Staff by sending just an email. In email, the contents are 'Your services has been terminated with immediate effects'. 3. 5 persons are in Management. All are focused on filling their pocket instead of improving the conditions of College. 4. They have applied the upper cap on Gratuity. Beyond this, all will go in the management's pocket. 5. No medical insurance, PF, for Faculty/staff. 6. One of the Management Y P Gupta is too shameful person. He can insult any employee either experienced/fresher at any point in time. He doesn't have a manner how to speak with employees. 7. Hostels are empty because of deteriorated conditions. 8. No hygienic canteen facilities. 9. One of the biggest issue is not focusing on PLACEMENT activity. Y P GUPTA, member from management , always say, "it's not our compulsorily duty . Our duty is to teach students only. not more than it" 10. Never provide a receipt for School Uniform as the money received from students will be taken by one of the Management. in a single year. Next year, the whole black money goes to another management. This process is continue in a circular fashion. 11. They are using the names of faculty those who have left the institute. Some of the faculty members have been given an offer to get Rs. 5000 and their name used by the college. 12. No more academic environment as a very less number of faculty is in it. There are lot more issues but i don't have time to disclose others. Overall, if you are thinking to take admission as student, its totally a waste of money and time. Or if you want to do a job as faculty member, again the situation is too worst to manage the things. May ALMIGHTY gives intelligence to the TRUST members of MIT.

Excellent working culture. Working as a professor and head for CSE and AI. It's a new experience working with different streams. Working on a funded projects is a fantastic experience. Sharing knowledge with new training students is a very interesting process. I really enjoying with the new projects assigned to establishing medical and allied institutions. With the support of the management I have organised many workshops and seminars. Working as a chairman for Statutory and College committees is very interesting.

The best in MIT is that they have best, dedicated, hardworking, honest faculty members and almost all believes in sense of belonging. Earlier point of time, the retention ration is too good and therefore working conditions were so nice and healthy, But, from 2012, the Institute is deteriorating day by day. The reason is due to high and cheap level of politics continued by top non technical officials. Everybody staff member or faculty is in horrible situation as the working conditions are too negative to work there. Anybody can be fired at any time. No respect of Faculty/Staff.
