Join the company, only if you have zeal to learn and can spend efforts and time in upgrading your skills. Lot of on the Job training and you work with international lawyers. The company had 8 International offices in Middle East, London and Singapore.

I did interview on 13th June 2023and later second interview on 16th June 2023. On second round CFO told me that I was shortlisted but now approximately one month they mailed me that my candidates not shortlisted. Seriously, if you already decided for not shortlisting then why you told me that to put on mail that you will work long term.

Dislikes

HR criteria was very ridiculous and even HR didn't take your call after your interview will be done and only you require follow up for HR several times. Now the thing is HR work is related with the interview scheduling not with the interview updates. After one month without writing any reason they told me that I was not selected. I have wasted my whole month for this type of interview.

Amazing place to grow and learn if you're and experienced professional in the fields of infrastructure planning, contracts, risks, procurement, delays and quantam and project controls. Masin is an expert consultant firm, hence jumping on to such a career is rewarding. If you love being in the backend support and like to work on techno legal aspects, this is the perfect place. You can develop excellent report writing, contractual understanding, delays, claims, arbitrary services and primavera skills. You also will get international exposure to various projects working simultaneously on multi faceted engineering projects worth millions of rupees or riyals. On site opportunity also will be provided on such projects where the company will take care of all the expenses. The mumbai team works amazingly well. Headed by an amazing boss and a perfectly built team. This field Pays you well.

As stated. The amplitude of data which has to be deciphered will be very huge. When involved in arbitration processes, forget you have a personal life untill there's a final hearing on the same. Please, my humblest request is for you guys to join a team where you physically work with your colleagues and not get outsourced to an overseas team. This will literally hamper your work life balance. You'll be working throughout the weekends if you're working for an overseas team as many of them are in middle East. You'll be just treated as a resource for the overseas team. No recognition at all. Forget the rewards. You'll be working till late night 11 and yet still you'll be asked to report as early as 9 in the morning. When the report for which you worked so hard on comes out, stop searching for your name. You'll never even will be informed what happened to the same. Comp offs are a joke. Yet there are amazing team mates and seniors who are will teach you a lot of things.... No formal training session. We had 4 training sessions organised for us which were cancelled. If you're an associate for the overseas team, all you work is on ms Word and excel. That's it. Please join teams in respective offices, where you'll have a lot of client exposure and amazing work. This is an expert field. Very hard to move onto other fields from this.
